A perfect color match: the trend color 2020 „faded denim“ and shades of brown.
This year we are seeing a lot of tones of blue (e.g. Pantone Color of the Year “Classic Blue”), but my favourite one is definitely faded denim. What are the characteristics of this color?
Picture the color of your favourite jeans! The one that fits the best :-) Don’t you immediately get a warm and comfortable feeling? That’s what faded denim transmits. It’s a soft, light, natural, classic and timeless color which comes with many different shades of blue.
Do you also feel the beach and coastal vibes? That’s why this color os often used for interior designs in beach houses.
When it comes to pairing other colours with faded denim, this light washes look fits great with deep, dark and rich jewel tones like dark greens (forest green) or natural brown tones.
